Always trying to keep purchase costs low, we use courier services of the Hellenic Postbank, shipping worlwide and charging 9 euros per order.
PRODUCTS DELIVERY
Products are being delivered within 8-10 working days, depending on the time of submission of the order.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
You can return a product if the process of sending it back is done within 14 Days (given the nature of the product)
under the following conditions:
• If for any reason you have a problem with the product you can send it back with your own shipping costs.
After we check and confirm the original status of the product, you can choose another one of equal or greater value, and you will be charged again with the shipping cost of 9 euros.If the return is finally charged the first mission.
• Returned products must be in their original condition as when received, in the original packaging and properly packaged to reassure their safety while transfer.
• Before making any return, you must first contact us via e-mail or telephone within 14 deys, otherwise the return will be not accepted.
• Refunds are made only if there has been contact us via e-mail or telephone within 14 deys
• In special optical frames constructions and sunglasses with lenses vision returns are not accepted.
• Prices of products include VAT.
